Company Information:
Tournedo Advisors Pvt. Ltd. doing business, carry on services, engage with customers as Itinerato over Internet, Email, Social Media and other mode of business and communications. We offer a range of travel services, including group travel, customized trips, and backpacking and biking trips across various urban and adventure destinations.

Booking and Payment Terms:
A specified deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure your spot, quotes are tentative and subject to change based on availability and pricing at the time of the final payment. Payments must be made according to the Payment Policy provided at the time of booking. Failure to pay the full amount by the specified due date may result in the cancellation of your booking or services, at our sole discretion.

Health and Medical Conditions:
Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to fully participate in the tour, Clients are responsible for meeting all health requirements, including vaccinations, before boarding for Tour.

Payment Methods:
Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking,  NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, Bank Deposits, UPI and other way payment. Payments are to be made in INR, with exchange rates applied based on the prevailing Rate of Exchange (ROE) on the day of final payment. Any cash deposits made without the knowledge of Itinerato in its bank accounts against a booking will be forfeited.

Itinerato and it’s vendors strictly prohibit the utilization of any Narcotics and Banned Substances during the tours and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.

Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed at any Itinerato managed tours, Itinerato would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.

Itinerato, Organisers, Vendors reserve the rights to evict any client anytime without any refund if his/her actions violates Law, safety or any pre-informed rules or incase of any fight or misbehavior with fellow co-travelers.

Itinerato is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety if traveler roam outside pre determined itinerary, Any Loss to the materials, gear, Itinerato Belongings or any property belonging to the vendor will is subject to full payment of Product MRP.

Itinerato won’t be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of Goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued Valid ID Card.

Only fellow staying with Itinerato will be allowed in the campsite specific for our guests and if you intend to bring guests from outside, you’ll have to Pre notify us.

Availability of hot water is not promised.

Slots like front row seat, window seat, consecutive seats, are not promised, totally subjected to availability basis.

Itinerato is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incident.

Itinerato is not responsible for any delay/cancelation in reaching sightseeing/activities destination due to traffic.

Trip organizer/coordinator has complete right to change the itinerary as per on the spot condition.

Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded Enjoy the trip,

Respect others, cooperate and follow rules, keep the environment clean and safe and have a memorable experience.
